Information and Networking event on Work Programme 2023 topics with the participation of CK:PAP

On January 17, 2023, experts of Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Competence Centre participated in the Information and Networking event on Work Program 2023 topics organized by the CCAM Association in Brussels. The event aimed to enable cooperation between the association members, facilitate direct contacts and build new consortia.

During the meeting, five topics of Horizon Europe Work Program 2023-2024 8. Climate, Energy and Mobility were discussed. 

The cluster leaders presented the scope and goals of each topic in their cluster: 

  • Cluster 1 (Large-scale demonstrations), 
  • Cluster 2 (Vehicle technologies), 
  • Cluster 3 (Validation),
  • Cluster 4 (Integrating vehicle in the transport system), 
  • Cluster 6 (Societal aspects and user needs)

Then, representatives of entities interested in participating in particular topics had the opportunity to present the area of expertise and the proposed contribution to the call.

Małgorzata Pełka, Aleksandra Rodak and Mikołaj Kruszewski represented CK:PAP In four speeches, the experts presented the Center’s experience, research capabilities, and the proposed scope of activities under future projects financed by the Horizon Europe Programme.

About 100 people attended the event including a small number of online participants. There were 8 to 20 presentations on each of the topics discussed. In addition to the presentations, the meeting agenda included time for networking talks for further discussion and exchange of contacts. The event enabled the enlargement of the contacts network and the initiation of international cooperation between various stakeholder groups, including scientific units and business representatives associated with the CCAM Association.
