2^nd Legislative Workshop organized by CK:PAP

On October 27, 2022, the 2nd Legislative Workshop was organized in Warsaw by the Competence Center for Autonomous and Connected Vehicles and the CK:PAP Cluster of cooperation. The aim of the meeting was to continue the discussion aimed at developing changes to the applicable road traffic regulations, effectively eliminating barriers to testing innovative technologies on public roads, taking into account the demands of the industry, while meeting the requirements set by the central administration. The workshop, together with CK:PAP experts, was attended by representatives of companies:

Aptiv,
ZF,
SDCM,
Triggo,
Autonomy Now,
BLEES,
Avallo.

The workshop was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure as observers. During the meeting, representatives of technology companies discussed the issues of currently used safety procedures and risk analysis used by enterprises before testing road automation systems. The biggest limitations and challenges facing the organizers of research works were also discussed. Then there was a detailed discussion on the changes introduced based on the suggestions of entrepreneurs submitted during the 1^st Legislative Workshops and the AV-POLAND 2022 Conference.
