National Symposium on Diagnostics of Machines

On February 27, 2023 – March 1, 2023, Motor Transport Institute’s Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Competence Centre (CK:PAP) experts participated in the Machine Diagnostics Symposium. During the event, three papers were presented summarizing the analysis results conducted as part of the AV-PL-ROAD, TRUSTONOMY and Pedicrash projects: 

  • Aleksandra Rodak, Małgorzata Pełka, Mikołaj Kruszewski  – Automated Driving Systems – Comparison of training methods effectiveness
  • Małgorzata Pełka, Monika Ucińska, Mikołaj Kruszewski – Safety aspects of vulnerable road users in automated vehicles.
  • Małgorzata Pełka, Mikołaj Kruszewski, Monika Ucińska, Anna Niedzicka, Ewa Odachowska-Rogalska, Aleksandra Rodak, Operational and technical aspects of Driver interaction with Automated vehicles

All presentations were accepted with great interest by both the scientific community and company representatives. The four best papers received the Ludwik Müller Diploma. Among the honorees was Małgorzata Pełka, who gave a speech on the safety aspects of vulnerable road users in automated vehicles.

The event was an opportunity to spread information about the activities of CK:PAP and its research capabilities. In addition, experts had the chance to listen to presentations in many technical fields and broaden their knowledge.
