The future of last mile delivery
On the 6th of December, Delivery Couple company held a meeting with the experts of CK:PAP and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
During the meeting, the current mode of operation of Delivery Couple, which delivers food from the restaurant to the customer, was discussed and demonstrated, as well as plans for developing new robot functionalities. Technical and legislative challenges related to the development of technology were also discussed. In the next step, the issues of robot legislation in Europe and worldwide were discussed. Finally, necessary actions aimed at regulating the possibility of testing and using autonomous robots on public roads in Poland were discussed.
It is planned to continue the discussion and work out the best solutions together. Therefore, the Competence Center for Autonomous and Connected Vehicles invites all entities interested in the following topics to cooperate!
