During this year’s edition of the conference, Session II will be dedicated to the DARTS-PL project, which represents a significant contribution from the Polish scientific and research community to the development of advanced tools for validating and testing perception and control systems in automated vehicles (ADAS/AD).

🔍 As part of the session, we will present the DARTS-PL measurement vehicle, a key component of the project’s testing infrastructure. The vehicle is equipped with 20 carefully selected sensors, each with different characteristics, enabling comprehensive data acquisition of the road environment under real-world conditions.

💡 During the presentations, experts will explain why such an extensive sensor configuration was necessary and how their synergy allows for highly accurate mapping of real traffic scenarios.
The session will also cover our approach to building a road scenario database, which serves as a foundation for testing and evaluating autonomous vehicle systems.
